PixelloMedia is not responsible for outages, policy changes, algorithm updates, pricing changes, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.
10 Limitation of Liability
PixelloMedia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from the use of our services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

Outstanding payments remain payable after termination.
